When do I start paying commission?

You pay commission only after a successful sale is completed and the buyer has confirmed pickup. No sales = no fees.

Does my margin become 5% smaller?

The commission is added on top of your price. If you want 20€/kg, you receive 19€/kg. The buyer pays 21€/kg (20€ + 5% commission)..

What does the Paytrail service cost for businesses?

We cover the Paytrail payment service for the first 3 months! After that, the price is 20€/month for active sellers. Sellers without Paytrail needs use Willit completely free.

Is Willit free for buyers?

Yes! Willit is always completely free for buyers. You only pay for the products and the service fee (5%), no monthly fees or other hidden costs.

Is there a minimum commission?

Yes, the minimum commission is €0.50 per order (€0.25 from buyer + €0.25 from seller). This only applies to very small orders – e.g., products under €5.

What if I sell as an individual?

Individuals can sell products gathered under everyman's rights (berries, mushrooms) without a business ID. You still receive the full price you requested, and 5% commission is added on top for the buyer.
