When do I start paying commission?

You pay commission only after a successful sale is completed and the buyer has confirmed pickup. No sales = no fees.

Does my margin become 5% smaller?

The commission is added on top of your price. If you want 20€/kg, you receive 19€/kg. The buyer pays 21€/kg (20€ + 5% commission)..

What does the Paytrail service cost for businesses?

Businesses registered with a business ID pay 10€/month for the Paytrail payment service. Individuals have no monthly fee. More payment options will become available in the future.

What if I sell as an individual?

Individuals can sell products gathered under everyman's rights (berries, mushrooms) without a business ID. You still receive the full price you requested, and 5% commission is added on top for the buyer.
