BusinessMetsane on iiläinen yhden naisen yritys, joka valmistaa lähiluonnon raaka-aineita hyödyntäen monipuolisesti erilaisia luonnontuotteita. Metsanelle tärkeitä arvoja ovat ekologisuus, luonnonmukaisuus ja kierrätys. Tuotteita valmistuu pieniä eriä kysynnän mukaan. Elintarvikevalikoimasta löydät mm. erilaisia yrttisuoloja, makusokereita, kastikkeita ja kuivattuja tuotteita. Lisäksi valmistan hajusteetonta luonnonkosmetiikkaa. Rowanberry sugar
Metsane's flavoured sugars can be used, for example, in desserts, baking, on pancakes and oven pancakes, or for flavouring beverages and drinks. This peach-coloured sugar has a bright, pleasantly tart flavour, much like rowan berries. The rowan berries are foraged from the local natural surroundings.

Spruce Tip Salt
Spruce Tip Salt is made from unrefined, additive-free fine sea salt and wild spruce tips hand-harvested in Ii, Finland. It is produced in small batches according to demand. The salt and fresh spruce tips are ground together to ensure an even flavour and natural colour. This forest-flavoured salt has a delicate, lemony aroma. Spruce tips are a northern superfood and a natural source of vitamin C and antioxidants. The flavour pairs well with cold sauces, fish, light meats and vegetables. Not suitable for individuals with resin allergies.

Nettle Salt
Nettle Salt is made using unrefined, additive-free fine sea salt and wild nettleleafs hand-harvested in Ii, Finland. The nettle salt is produced in small batches according to demand. The sea salt and fresh nettleleafs are ground together while fresh, ensuring an even distribution of flavour and a vibrant green colour throughout the salt. Nettle is a true nutritional plant, rich in minerals such as calcium, phosphorus and iron.
