The salt and fresh spruce tips are ground together to ensure an even flavour and natural colour. This forest-flavoured salt has a delicate, lemony aroma. Spruce tips are a northern superfood and a natural source of vitamin C and antioxidants. The flavour pairs well with cold sauces, fish, light meats and vegetables. Not suitable for individuals with resin allergies.
